Lobby was nicely decorated. Staff was excellent!

Could use a little redecorating in rooms. Then it would be at least a 4 star.

Good food, historic, friendly folks.

It was a well kept but very old structure.

I did not feel it met the star level. In other words it should have been a little better price point. However, the stay was pleasant and the restaurant was very enjoyable. Spacious rooms.

It was a bit stinky.

The hotel was nice overall, but is outdated, and needs new carpet due to the smell, other than that the rooms were large, and you don't feel cramped, they also could use pay per view, because the selection of channel's is a bit poor. And they are misleading to say they have Wi-Fi, as my wireless device could not pick up a signal for more than 3 seconds.You have full and complete signal for as long as I like at the Holiday Inn. ...read more

The hotel was quite old but it was clean, nice and actually brought back some memories seeing the older stove in the room. The front desk was very good, physically confirming a clean room before it was assigned saving time for me.
